William, more often called Billy, is an attractive young man with a smile that will steal your heart. Articulate and active, he is an avid tree-climber and hopes to own a skateboard someday. Billy likes being outdoors, swimming, listening to music, reading books, Pokemon cards, playing video games and Jeff Gordon. He loves animals and hopes to have pets of his own. Always ready for an outing, Billy loves going out to eat Chinese food, and has found a new interest in eating sushi. In 7th grade special education classes his favorite subject is math. Billy is in search of a patient, stable, organized forever family who can set firm boundaries and commit to helping him overcome his past. He has been looking forward to being adopted and has said that he just wants a family around him who loves him.
