A Right to be Heard
CAP's initiative, A Right to be Heard, empowers waiting children to speak in their own words about their interests, challenges, and hopes. Through creative video portraits, children who choose to take part in this special project speak about things that are important to them. The goal is to break barriers that prevent potential adoptive parents from seeing waiting children as unique individuals. Click here to see the videos!
